The Challenge:This business was one of the most well established in the field with a continued desire for growth and they were looking for a new Sales Director to take responsibility for the performance of their sales, marketing and branding of each respective division and overall standing in the marketplace.
Grant Westfield primarily sold B2B but were looking in to B2C and were constantly innovating and exploring new opportunities to grow the business. Therefore, they needed a fast-paced, forward thinking Sales Director who could excel in a very dynamic working role.
It was important to fill this role in a timely fashion and just as important, however, was identifying the right person for this role for the long-term.
