The Challenge:Haden Freeman were looking for an Electrical/Instrumentation Functional lead and also a Mechanical Functional lead for their engineering services division.
Each role was to lead the respective engineering resources, ensuring that they provided a technically competent, timely and cost effective service that met the requirements of the Haden Freeman project managers and engineering personnel, as well as line management of relevant engineering personnel.
Our solution was to conduct a full headhunt within other engineering service providers as well as within end users.
Our Solution:An extensive headhunting exercise identified a number of candidates, one of whom had higher level experience than originally required. As a result of his experience, Haden Freeman were able to combine the 2 roles and appointed the candidate as Engineering Director.
We subsequently recruited a number of permanent engineering staff including an E&I design engineer and a lead EC&I engineer.
