The Role – Operations Director
Location – Oxfordshire
Our client are a global technology group who provide E-Learning services to their expanding collection of international clients. The group has provided customers globally with customised learning portals with the aim of enhancing the learning experience of consumers. Our client has a great reputation and a list of prestigious clients. They are currently experiencing a period of growth and are looking for someone to facilitate this.
The group is looking to recruit an Operations Director who will be work autonomously in making critical decisions and supporting the current Managing Director with business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operations and overseeing wider operations in order to achieve results. They will identify areas for improvement and implement improvement strategies in response.
The ideal candidate would be proficient in IT, overseeing a team of IT support and implementation engineers, communication, decision making, and prioritisation. They will have experience implementing change in business and technology, as well as the ability to manage projects and indirectly manage a large team of people.
Ideal candidates should be currently operating in operations, project manager, or similar roles.
