The Role – Country Manager
Location – Yorkshire
Our client is an ever-expanding international consumer electrics company who are looking for a Country Manager/Managing Director to grow the business with focus on the B2C and retail sectors.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving continued growth for the business in the UK and Ireland markets. This opportunity is exciting as the business is constantly growing in a sector that is open to a lot of potential.
The Country Manager will be responsible for implementing a strategy for multi-channel sales growth, and delivering the budget and goals in line with the company growth plan. The candidate will lead new business development in emerging channels, manage the UK team, as well as have oversight and control of the UK P&L.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, or Country Manager. They will have a strong knowledge of business development in a multichannel environment, ideally with exposure to matrix management systems in a global company. They will also have experience successfully leading and implementing strategic changes in a growing business.
