The client’s services involve preparing planning applications, and managing the supporting information that is required to justify schemes and development appraisals.
Our client has undergone recent success, and as a result the Directors are looking to expand their services through a new Birmingham location. In this role you will be expected to plan appraisals, lead the coordination and submission of planning applications, and land promotional work through development plans.

Strong leadership and organisation skills
Full RTPI membership
Key Abilities Required Include –
Meeting strict deadlines
Generating new business opportunities, retaining existing clients, and attracting new clients
Carrying out professional town-planning duties either independently or in conjunction with the umbrella company.
Maintaining a good understanding of developments, planning practice and procedures, and advising on applications.
