My client is a well-established and familiar brand of Hotels with a fantastic range of properties located across the UK. They have recently expanded their operations across the South and Wales regions and are now looking to hire an Account Director to manage existing relationships with their large corporate clients and seek out potential opportunities to expand and grow relationships.
They provide corporate services to well-known FTSE500 businesses across Retail, Pharmaceutical, Technology and Automotive sectors currently.
- Deliver strategic engagement plans to achieve revenue retention targets and individual member retention targets across those accounts.
- Maintain regular contact with the key accounts in your region utilising all methods of communication.
The ideal candidate will have experience of operating in a key account management role maintaining effective client relations and with a track record of increasing customer spend/satisfaction. You will be able to achieve targets and have experience of operating in a consultative sales manner.
