They pride themselves on providing high-quality and professional services to their clients and boast an impressive customer retention rate of 97%.

The Opportunity

Our client is currently seeking an Operations Director to work with the leadership team to deliver a best-in-class operations strategy and build the function from the ground up. This role is a key position that will shape the future growth of the organisation and improve operational efficiency throughout the business. The individual will be responsible for inspiring, leading, and supporting the team in delivering business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create suitable relationships and build partners with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of management information to determine trends and ensure opportunities for improvement and innovation are highlighted and reported.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, personal integrity, hygiene, and customer support.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure the operational management teams are compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Manage the pricing for additional work and mobilisation of the planned works.
• Attend contract review meetings to understand current and future challenges and formulate solutions with the contract management team.

Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience of delivering soft FM services.
• A historic track record of taking a company from c£4m T/O to £25m+.
• Understanding and experience of Facilities Management within High-Performance Sporting environment is desirable.
• Excellent software knowledge of core Microsoft products (Power BI, Power Apps, and Sharepoint) within an Apple Mac environment.
• Proven experience in managing people across multiple sites.
• Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
