When this international financial institution were looking for an experienced Sales Director to head up a new business stream they asked Executive Headhunters to help.

 

Operating in a niche area of financial services, the number of target companies was limited and it was vitally important that all possible candidates were identified and approached.  Additionally, as multiple people were being targeted within the same organisations, confidentiality was of paramount importance.

 

Executive Headhunters spent 4 weeks mapping out the organisational structures within the competitors, before making approaches to the relevant individuals.

 

A Sales Director was appointed after a number of interviews, with 2 Regional Sales Managers employed in addition as a result of the search.
